About the Position

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Welding Robot Setter/Operator to join our team.

Reporting to the Sector Manager, you will play a key role in setting up welding robots and monitoring production, ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of our manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare jigs, tooling, and necessary production documents
• Set up the welding robot according to guidelines (quality, safety, production rate)
• Run production series or train production operators
• Perform quality checks on produced parts and report any defects or rejections
• Monitor the condition and compliance of the tooling used
• Complete production and tracking documents
• Assist operators during production (compliance with instructions, speed, quality)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment/workspace maintenance
• Initiate quality or safety procedures when necessary

Profile Sought

To succeed in this role, we particularly value:

• Previous experience as a setter/operator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of welding and robot programming
• Good technical drawing reading skills
• Precision, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to train and support production staff
• Team spirit and the ability to manage stress
